Disability Support Professional

As a Disability Support Worker,

you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we support. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations, and promoting their independence and well-being. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, supporting clients in their community, and fostering positive relationships with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.
